Time for Space

Time for Space, founded by Margaret Costello, grew out of a friend's need to clean and sell her deceased mothers home in another state. Having decades of experience in the construction trade as an electrician and electrical contractor, Ms. Costello took on the project with confidence and efficiency. The complexity of managing such a challenge allowed her to use her breadth of experience and knowledge to assist a friend in need.

Time for Space is committed to providing its clients with confidentiality, honesty, quality and economy from the start to the finish of any contract.

The daughter of a construction contractor, Margaret Costello hails from western Maryland. She earned a BA in English and Theology from Mary Washington College in Virginia, and later an MA in Communications from Clark University in Massachusets. Between her two stints in academia, she was employed as a certified master electrician and began her own electrical contracting company. Her education and experience complement each other in her business Time for Space. Both her education and profound interest in the arts contribute to her ability to comprehend contracts and other legal documents, to evaluate the worth of client's collections and to sort and organize papers and other possessions. Her construction background developed her expertise in negotiating complex municipal contracts, meeting with and assessing the ability of her contractors as well as understanding and complying with safety codes. An ethical business owner, Ms. Costello has an interest in the highest quality for the fairest price. Personally, she is clear headed, patient and reliable.

By training for and participating annually in a triathlon, she maintains the vigor and endurance necessary to serve each client well.
